3.....1 1/2 spoon each chana Masala, dhaniya powder dalay ek min bhunay.
4..... 3 tomatoes,8_10 garlic cloves ka paste dalaye,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.2 spoon tamrind paste dalaye, Boiled cholay mai tadka dalay ek whistle day.
5..... Apnay taste kay according gravy ya dry rakhay.

1.....1 Haandi Mai 2 kerchi oil garm keray, 2 medium size sliced onion golden brown keray.
2.....mixi Mai brown onion,2 spooon curd,magaj 1 🥄 spooon,1/2 spooon coconut powder,6 garlic cloves,1 piece ginger dalaye,paste banaye.
3..... Haandi Mai bachay oil mai 5 longe,4 green elaychi,2 tej pattay,ek dry awala,1/2 spoon jeera dalaye 1 min. Bhoonay.
4.....3 tomatoes ka paste,1/4 🥄 spooon each haldi,degi mirch,garm masala,1/2 🥄 spooon salt,1 🥄 spooon each chicken masala,dhaniya powder,1/3 spooon red chilli powder dalye oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.
5..... Phir onion paste dalye,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,1 cup nutri chunks,1/2 cup nutri keema/ choora according to pack ready keray,gravy Mai dalaye.
6.....1 🥄 spooon crushed kasoori methi,1 cup paani dalye,dhuk ker 1/2 an hour slow 🔥 flame per rakhay.
7.....1/4 🥄 spooon garm masala, 1/3🥄 spooon grated jaiful/ nutmeg dal ker serve keray.

1.....1 Cup maiday mai,1 cup powdered sugar,1/2 spoon baking powder,1 pinch baking soda,6 spoon Coco powder,1 pinch salt Dal ker chaan lay.
2.....2 Spooon melted butter dalaye,milk according to consistency dalaye mix keray.
3...... 1/4 cup Paani garm keray,1 spoon coffee mix keray,batter Mai dalaye,lums free honay tuk beat keray.
4..... Greesed bowl Mai butter paper set keray batter dalaye,7 min. Microwave keray.
5..... Your yummy super soft home made chocolate cake is ready to eat.
Note. Coffee say soft,fluffy cake banta hai.

Mainay kalay chany banaye thay husband nay kha aaj dry chana masala khanay ka mun hai,mainay kha itni mehnat say gravy banani hai Kya kero,mai betay k liye matar pulav bana rahi thi ,tub husband nay kha gravy matar pulav mai dal do.tub mainay ye banaye.
MATAR PULAV
1.....1 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,1 1/4 glass panni mai.
2.....1 cooker mai 1 kakchi oil lay,2 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.
3.....1 spoon flat salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala dalay.
4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup frozen peas dalay,ek min bhunay.
5.....rice dalay without water,phir 1 1/4 glass chana gravy rice mai dalye,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.
6..... my favourite matar PULAV is ready .
7..... serve it with mint chutney or raita.

1.....2 Glass biryani 🍚 rice 2 hour bhigo day,phir ek patilay Mai 2 spoon oil garm keray,1 spooon jeera whole garm masslay like 4_5 Bay leaved,4_5 long,2_3 Dal cheeni,2 badi elaychi dalay phir rice dal ker 3/4 boil keray.
2.....stainer mai chaan lay.
3.....1/2 kg boneless chicken k pieces lay, chicken mai 1 spoon each ginger garlic paste,degi mirch powder,1/2 spoon each chaat masala, salt,1/4 spooon garm masala,2 spoon dahi Dal ker marinate keray.
4..... Ek pan mai 2 spoon butter Dal ker chicken ko cook honay bhoonay.
5.....ek kadahi mai 1 kerchi oil garm keray,2 big sliced onion golden brown keray,plate mai nikalay.
6.....isi oil Mai 10_15 kaju half Kerey huye golden brown keray.plate mai nikalay.
7.....bachay oil Mai 2 chopped onion golden brown keray,3 🍅 tomatoes ka paste,1 spoon ginger garlic paste dalaye.
8.....1/2 spoon each salt,degi mirch, dhaniya powder,1/4 spooon garm masala dalaye.oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.
9.....10_15 kaju,2 spoon magaj ka paste,2 spoon malai dalaye mix keray,2 min bhoonay.
10. Gas off keray, chicken Tikka masalay Mai mix keray.
11..... Ek haandi lay 1spoon oil dalaye,ek layer 🍚 rice ki spread keray,phir ek layer chicken Tikka ki spread keray,isi tarah layer repeat keray.3 layer rice,2 layer chicken ki lagaye.
12.....10_15 mint leaves,2 spoon chopped hara dhaniya, sliced brown onion rice k oper spread keray.
13.....2 spoon paani Mai 2 pinch red colour mix keray,2 spoon paani Mai 2 drop yellow colour mix keray.

1.....8_10 boiled mashed aloo lay,ek pan mai 1 kerchi oil garm keray .
2.....1/2 spoon jeera dalay,4 tomatoes ka paste ,1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, amchoor powder,1/4 spooon garm masala,1 spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix keray.
3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, 2 spoon kasoori methi, mashed aloo dalay.
4.....2 bhay peeled, sliced bowl mai lay,1 cup paani dal ker 20 min. Microwave keray.
5..... Kamal kakri/ bhay chaan lay,aloo mai mix keray,dhuk ker 5_10 min bhoonay.
6..... Garnish it with green coriander. (optional)
