GARLIC TAMDIND FLAVOR CHOLAY
1.....1 glass white chanay 6,7 hour k liye bhigo day, ek whistle day, 30 min slow fire per rakhay.
2.....1 pan mai 1/2 kerchi oil lay, 1/2 spoon each jeera ,kasoori methi,salt ,red chilli powder, 1/4 garm Masala.
3.....1 1/2 spoon each chana Masala, dhaniya powder dalay ek min bhunay.
4..... 3 tomatoes,8_10 garlic cloves ka paste dalaye,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay.2 spoon tamrind paste dalaye, Boiled cholay mai tadka dalay ek whistle day.
5..... Apnay taste kay according gravy ya dry rakhay.
6..... Garnish with sliced onion, Serve with poori,rice or bhatura.
