1.....take 1/4 glass of each rice & moong dhuli ki dal,wash them , soak it in 3/4 glass of water for 1_2 hour.
2..... Then put them in a cooker ,add 1/3 🥄 spoon salt,1/4 🥄 Spoon haldi/turmeric powder,2 pinch each garm masala,red chilli powder,2 spoon refined oil or ghee.mix it
3.....close the lid ,then after one whistle switch off the gas,after 10 min.open it,& serve.

2.....8 min.microwave keray,bahar nikalay,2 🥄 Spoon ya according to taste Desi khaand ya powdered sugar mix keray.
3..... fridge mai thanda kerkay,1_2 peeled mango ka paste banaye, thandi vermicelli mai mix keray.
4.....badam k juliean bhi vermicelli mai mix keray,ice cream mold mai vermicelli dalaye.
5..... Whole night fridger mai rakhay,next day serve keray.

1.....1 ,15 rs.wala chowmein ka packet/300 gm., boil KERAY,chaan lay phir oil say toss ker lay boiled noodles ko ya thanday paani mai dal dey,phir jub karahi mai dalna ho to tub chaan ker dalay.
2.....1 kadahi Mai ek kerchi oil dalay , according to taste chopped spring onion,green chilli,green garlic/ garlic, capsicum,carrot dalay.
3..... 2 min bhoonay,3 big spoon sezwaan sauce,1 spoon soya sauce,1/2 spoon salt,1/4 spoon black pepper powder dalay,mix keray.
4..... Boiled chowmein/ noodles dalay,high flame per 2_4 min bhoonay.
FOR BURGER
1..... Burgers deep fry keray Bina katay,crispy honay per center say cut keray.
2.....half burger ki ek side per sezwaan sauce lagaye,phir 2 spoon chowmein rakhay,chaat masala sprinkle keray.
3..... second half burger per mint chutney, chowmein walaye half burger per mint wala half burger rakhay.
4.....crispy chowmein burger is ready to eat.

1.....1 cooker mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray.1/2 🥄 Spoon each sarso dana,jeera,3 chopped green chillies dalaye.
2.....3 tomatoes ka paste,1/2 🥄 Spoon each salt,red chilli powder,haldi, dhaniya powder,1)4 🥄 Spoon garm masala dalye.
3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,2 peeled chopped aloo,400 gm.peeled , chopped petha dalye.
4.....2 🥄 Spoon kasoori methi dalye,ek glass paani dalye,ek whistle annaye per 10 min.slow flame per rakhay.
5.....steam nikal nay per lid kholay,2 Spoon imli paste dalaye,masher say mash keray.
6.....garma gram poori ya roti k saath serve keray.
Note..... according to taste aap chaye to 1_2 spooon sugar bhi dal saktay hai.

1.....Appe pan gas per garm keray,oil say greesing keray.
2.....1 Cup each oats powder,sooji,1/2 cup fine chopped vegetables, according to concitancy curd,1/2 🥄 spoon each eno ,salt mix keray.
3.....batter appe pan mai dalaye
4.....lid say cover keray.
5..... Gas slow 🔥 flame per rakhay,both sides golden brown keray.
6..... Plate mai nikalay,feti hui dahi, bhuna jeera powder,degi mirch,kala namak, Meethi sonth dalay.
7.....plate ki garnishing keray, serve keray.
Note.aap koi bhi vegetables lay saktay hai like 🥕 carrot,peas, capsicum, beetroot,onion, green chillies etc.
