BACHELOR'S KALAY MASSOR/MASAR PULAV
1.....take 1/4 glass of each rice & kalay massor ki dal,wash them , soak it in 3/4 glass of water for 1_2 hour.
2..... Then put them in a cooker ,add 1/3 🥄 spoon salt,1/4 🥄 Spoon haldi/turmeric powder,2 pinch each garm masala,red chilli powder,2 spoon refined oil or ghee.mix it
3.....close the lid ,then after one whistle switch off the gas,after 10 min.open it,& serve
