1.....1 ,15 rs.wala chowmein ka packet/300 gm. boil KERAY,chaan lay phir oil say toss ker lay boiled noodles ko.

2.....1 kadahi Mai ek kerchi oil dalay , according to taste chopped spring onion,green chilli,green garlic/ garlic, capsicum,carrot dalay.

3..... 2 min bhoonay,3 big spoon sezwaan sauce,1 spoon soya sauce,1/2 spoon salt,1/4 spoon black pepper powder dalay,mix keray.

4..... Boiled chowmein/ noodles dalay,high flame per 2_4 min bhoonay.

5..... Garma gram serve keray.

1.....Burger saboot deep fry keray golden brown honay tuk.

2..... Beech mai say kaat ker 2 slice keray,ek slice per mint chutney lagaye doosray per sazwaan sauce.

3..... Poodana chutney walay burger slice per paneer ka eek bada slice rakhay,chaat masala dalay.

4..... Phir uskay oper sazwaan wala burger slice rakhay.

5..... Plate ko kurkurray,sauce,carrot,spring onion say garnishing keray,garma gram burger rakh ker serve keray.

MINT CHUTNEY

1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.

2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a  bowl.

3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd or according to taste ,1 spoon chaat Masala mix it in chutni with the help of folk.

1.....2 katori besan mai,1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, 1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.

2..... Paani dal ker batter banaye,250 gm. Paneer k baday baday pieces kattay ,saaray pieces per thoda chaat masala sprinkle keray.

3..... Kadahi mai oil garm keray, paneer besan mai dip ker k oil mai pakoray deep fry keray.

4..... Golden brown keray.

FOR VEGGIES

1.....1 cabbage, 250 gm.carrots, 250 gm.capsicum, 10_12 garlic cloves grate karay.

2.....kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil lay, saari veggies 5 min,ya paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

3..... Gas say uttaray,5 min baad 1/2 each salt ,kaali mirch powder dalay mix keray.

MINT CHUTNEY

1.....100 gm roughly chopped hara dhaniya, 2 bunch podeena/ mint.

2.....1spoon Chaat Masala 2 lemon ka juice ,4 green chilli mixi jaar mai dalay peesay .

3.....kisi bowl mai nikaal ker 2 cup curd spoon say mix keray

FOR BURGER

1..... Sarray burger deep fry keray saboot,dono side say golden brown keray.

2.....ab beech mai say burger kaatay,2 slice keray,ek slice per mint chutney lagaye,doosray per readymade sezwaan sauce lagaye.

3..... Dono slice k beech mai pahlay 2 spoon veggies rakhay,phir paneer pakora rakhay.

4..... Isi tarah doosray burger ready keray.carrot,green onion/spring onion,tomato sauce ya koi bhi garnishing keray plate mai ,garma garm burger rukh ker serve keray.

1.....2_3 Kerchi besan mai 1/2 spoon each salt,red chilli,1/4 spoon ajwain,paani dal ker batter bana lay.

2.....bread slice lay mint chutney lagaye ,doosra slice lay us per sezwaan sauce lagaye.

3.....mint chutney k baad paneer slice lagaye ,chaat masala lagaye,phir sezwaan sauce wala slice ander ki tarf ker k rakhay.

4.....is bread sandwich ko besan k batter mai dip keray garm oil mai  deep fry keray.

5..... Dono side say golden brown honay per kaatay,plate ko sauce or manpasand veggies say garnishing keray,phir plate mai pakoray rakhay,garma gram serve keray.

2.....2 min.bhoonay,2 🥄 spoon 🍅 tomato sauce dalay, according to taste salt,black pepper powder mix keray ,gas off keray.

3.....ek 🍞 bread slice lay stuffing bharay,phir 1 1/2 cheese slice rakhay, doosri bread uskay oper rakhay,thoda butter spread keray.

4..... Isi tarah doosray sandwich mai stuffing bharay,grilled toaster mai grill keray.

5..... Serve it hot with tomato sauce or salsa sauce.

4..... Dono side say oil laga ker golden brown karay.

5..... Serve it with sauce or mint chutney.

1.....4 spoon chopped onion,2 spoon curd,dhaniya powder 1 spoon ,1/3 spoon garm masala,1/2 spoon each salt,degi mirch,2 spoon ginger garlic paste 1 bowl Mai mix keray.

2.....1 Kg with bone chicken lay usay curd batter Mai marrinate keray.

3.....1 cooker Mai 100 gm. Butter garm keray,1 dal chini,_5 long,2 tej pattay,2 spoon kasoori methi dalay.

4.....2 spoon ginger,garlic, green chillies paste cooker Mai dalay,2 min. Bhoonay.

5.....4 sliced onion dalay,light brown keray, 1_1 spoon khaskhus,magaj 10  min bhigo day,phir paste bana lay.

6.....cooker mai dalay,2 min bhoonay,phir chicken dalay,5_6 min.bhoonay high flame per.

7.....phir say 100 gm. Butter dalay,6 chopped tomatoes dalay,1 spoon 🐔 chicken masala,1/4 spoon each garm masala,salt,1/2 spoon degi mirch 2 min bhoonay.

8.....2 cup paani dalay,ek boil day,1/3 spoon elayachi powder dalay,mix keray,1/2 hour dhuk ker slow🔥fire per rakhay.

9..... Garma gram rice ya chapati k saath serve keray.

1.....1Packet (15 RS. Wala)noodles oil,salt dalker boil keray,chaan lay phir oil laga day taaki chipkay nahi.

2.....1 kadahi Mai 3/4 kerchi oil garm keray,15_20 chopped garlic cloves,2 green chillies,2 chopped onion dalay, light brown keray.

3.....2 sezwaan sauce k chotay packet(10 RS.each),1 spoon soya sauce,1/3 spoon salt,1/4 spoon black pepper powder dalay.

4..... noddles dalay,High flame per sauce mix honay tuk bhoonay.serve keray.

5..... According to taste aap ismay koi bhi veggies daal saktay hai like_ cabbage, 🥕 carrot,capcicum,green onion,beans,sprouts etc.

6..... Agar veggies dalay to according to taste salt,pepper ki quantity bada day.

1.....1 katori mai 10_15 kaju,50gm.  Beej/magaj 1/2 katori paani mai 15 min.bhigo day.

2.....5 tomatoes,kaju mai say paani nikaal day,tamater k saath pees lay.

3..... Ek kadahi Mai ek kadchi oil garm keray,tamater dalay,1/2 spoon each salt,degi mirch,1 spoon each dhaniya powder,kasoori methi dalay.

4.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,jitni gravy pasand ho utna doodh dalay, 300 gm. Paneer lay.

5.....(half paneer chop keray,half paneer mash keray) ek boil aanay per Paneer dalay,mix keray,ek boil aanay per gas off keray.

6.....garma gram roti k saath serve keray.

3.....250 gm. Chopped fresh methi leaves aloo mai dalay,5_10 min slow per bhoonay.

4.....1/4 spoon red chilli powder dalay, 2 min bhoonay.

3.....1 pan lay, 1/4 kadchi oil dalay,garm honay per 1/4 spoon each jeera,rai,2_3 sookhi Lal mirch dalay,crackle honay per, dal mai mix keray.

4..... According to taste amchoor powder dalay,mix karay.

1.....1 Cooker mai 1 big kadchi oil lay, 1 chopped onion dalay light brown karay.

2.....3 tomatoes,7_8 garlic cloves ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/3 spoon haldi,1 spoon each degi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay mix karay.

3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 200 gm chopped paneer lay.

4.....1 katoori hara choliya dalay cooker mai. 2 min bhunay.

5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.

6..... Steam nikal nay per kholay,200 gm. Paneer dalay, ek boil day. serve keray.

1.... 1 Glass white dal bhigo day 3_4 hours .phir grind ker lay.

2..... Is batter mai 1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, ek chutki  heeng powder dalay. Mix karay.

3..... Ab is batter ko double honay tuk food processer mai chopper mai blend karay.

4..... ASA karnay say batter double hoker light ho jaata hai, jis say bhalay bahut soft bantay hai.

5..... Kadhi mai oil gram karay,bhalay deep fry ker lay., light brown.

6..... In bhalo ko paani mai garm garm nikaal ker daal day. Jub tuk aur tul lay.

7..... Jub doosri baari k bhalay ready ho jaye tub paani walay nikaal lay haath say press karkey,saara paani nikaal day.or 2 nd walay bhalay paani mai dalay.

8..... Dahi 1 kg fati hui lay salt 1/2 spoon mix karay, bhalay dalay bhunay jeeray ,degi mirch powder say garnish karay.

NOTE..... Garnish karnay mai aap dry fruits, besan ki boondi ,annar k danay bhi daal saktay hai. Ya stuffing mai dry fruits bhi daal saktay hai.meethi sonth ( chutni) say bhi garnish ker saktay hai.

1.....1 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,1 glass panni mai.

2.....1 cooker mai 1 kakchi oil lay,2 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.

3.....1 spoon flat salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala dalay.

4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup choliya dalay,ek min bhunay.

5.....rice dalay with water,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

Note.....app chaye to tej patta,saboot masalay bhi dal saktay hai.

3.....slow fire per doodh sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

4.....phir ek katori sugar dalay.

5.....poora dry honay tuk bhoonay, bowl mai dalay.chaye to 1/2 cup chopped, bheegay koi bhi dry fruits dalay.mix keray.

6...... 200 gm. Grated khoya dalay oper say .

7..... Jub jitna khanna ho utna nikal ker do min garm keray, serve keray with dry fruits or without dry fruits.

1.....1 Glass paani mai takreeban 2 full katori atta dalay, mix ker k dough bana lay.

2.....attay mai say ek ball banaye sookha atta lava ker roti baley.

3..... Garm Taway per roti dalay,halki siknay per roti paltay.

4..... Phir checq kertay rahay,neechay,choti choti drops aanay per,roti paltay taway per.

5..... Kisi kapray( cloth) say drops wali side ko halkay haat say press keray.

6..... Asaa kernay say Rori dheeray dheeray pori phool jayegi.

7..... According to taste dono side say light brown keray.

1.....1 Glass nutri chunks according to packet boil ker lay.

2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 big kadchi oil lay, 2 big chopped onion, 3 green chill chopped, light brown karay.

3.....4 big tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon each haldi, salt,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay.

4..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay. Nutri dalay,(1 cup matar 5 min.microwave keray)matar dalay dhuk ker slow per oil chod nay tuk ya matar soft honay tuk bhoonay.

5..... Garnish it with green corriender(optional).

1.....700 gm.washed Chicken breast boneless ko chotay pieces Mai kaat lay,1 spoon each ginger garlic paste,dhania powder .1/2 spoon degi mirch,1/3 spoon garm masala mix keray,1/2 an hour side rakhay.

2.....pan mai 1 spoon oil lay chicken bhoonay,cook honay tuk high flame per.

3..... Haandi mai 2 spoon butter dalay,1 onion chopped dalay,light pink keray,6 tomatoes chopped,7_8 kaju dalay.1 min bhoonay.

4.....1 cup paani dalay,soft honay per,1 spoon ginger garlic paste,1/3 spoon each sugar,salt,garm masala,1/2 spoon degi mirch dalye.

5..... Bhoonay 15_20 min.,phir handy say peesay,channi/ stainer say chaanay/doobara haandi mai dalaye.

6.....1/2 spoon chicken masala dalay,2 spoon each Malai & butter ,1 spoon kasoori methi dalay,boil aanay per chicken dalaye.

7..... 10 min slow per dhuk ker rakhay,haray dhaniye say garnishing keray,serve keray.

1.....3/4 Glass washed white cholay raat ko 2 glass paani mai bhigo day.

2.....1/2 spoon salt,5_6 pieces dried awla,1 tea bag,2_3 each daal cheeni saboot,long,kaali mirch,1moti ilachi dalay.

3.....1/4 spoon meetha soda dalay,1 whistle day phir slow per 1/2 an hour rakhay.

4..... Cooker kholay,tea bag nikaal day,1 pan Mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray,1 chuti heeng,3 tomatoes,1 piece ginger ka paste ismay dalay.

5.....phir 1/2 spoon each jeera, bhoona jeera powder,1/2 spoon amchoor powder ya imli paste dalay.

6.....1 spoon each cholay masala, dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon each garm masala, red chilli powder,anardana powder,1 spoon kasoori methi dalay.

6.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay ,cholay Mai dalay,mix keray,10 min dhuk ker slow per rakhay.

7..... Serve it with bhaturay or jeera rice.

1.....1 pan mai 2 spoon butter garm keray, 2 chopped onion light brown keray.

2.....2 tomatoes,1 green chilli ka paste onion Mai dalay, 1/3  spoon each red chilli,salt,pav Bhaji masala dalay,5 min bhoonay.

3.....2 spoon paani dalay,2min bhoonay,4 boiled grated eggs mix keray.

4.....2 min bhoonay,haray dhaniye say garnishing keray,serve it as a snacks or with chapati.
