1.....3/4 Glass washed white cholay raat ko 2 glass paani mai bhigo day.
2.....1/2 spoon salt,5_6 pieces dried awla,1 tea bag,2_3 each daal cheeni saboot,long,kaali mirch,1moti ilachi dalay.
3.....1/4 spoon meetha soda dalay,1 whistle day phir slow per 1/2 an hour rakhay.
4..... Cooker kholay,tea bag nikaal day,1 pan Mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray,1 chuti heeng,3 tomatoes,1 piece ginger ka paste ismay dalay.
5.....phir 1/2 spoon each jeera, bhoona jeera powder,1/2 spoon amchoor powder ya imli paste dalay.
6.....1 spoon each cholay masala, dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon each garm masala, red chilli powder,anardana powder,1 spoon kasoori methi dalay.
6.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay ,cholay Mai dalay,mix keray,10 min dhuk ker slow per rakhay.
7..... Serve it with bhaturay or jeera rice.
