BUTTER CHICKEN

1.....700 gm.washed Chicken breast boneless ko chotay pieces Mai kaat lay,1 spoon each ginger garlic paste,dhania powder .1/2 spoon degi mirch,1/3 spoon garm masala mix keray,1/2 an hour side rakhay.

2.....pan mai 1 spoon oil lay chicken bhoonay,cook honay tuk high flame per.

3..... Haandi mai 2 spoon butter dalay,1 onion chopped dalay,light pink keray,6 tomatoes chopped,7_8 kaju dalay.1 min bhoonay.

4.....1 cup paani dalay,soft honay per,1 spoon ginger garlic paste,1/3 spoon each sugar,salt,garm masala,1/2 spoon degi mirch dalye.

5..... Bhoonay 15_20 min.,phir handy say peesay,channi/ stainer say chaanay/doobara haandi mai dalaye.

6.....1/2 spoon chicken masala dalay,2 spoon each Malai & butter ,1 spoon kasoori methi dalay,boil aanay per chicken dalaye.

7..... 10 min slow per dhuk ker rakhay,haray dhaniye say garnishing keray,serve keray.
