1..... ALOO METHI
1.....1 Kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 2 chopped aloo dalay.
2.....1/4 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, aloo dhuk ker sim per soft honay tuk bhoonay.
3.....250 gm. Chopped fresh methi leaves aloo mai dalay,5_10 min slow per bhoonay.
4.....1/4 spoon red chilli powder dalay, 2 min bhoonay.

2.....ARHER KI DAL
1.....1/2 glass arhar ki dal wash karay,bhigo day.cooker mai dalay,1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon each Lal mirch,haldi dalay.
2.....1 whistle day,gas off karay,steam nikal nay per lid kholay.
3.....1 pan lay, 1/4 kadchi oil dalay,garm honay per 1/4 spoon each jeera,rai,2_3 sookhi Lal mirch dalay,crackle honay per, dal mai mix keray.
4..... According to taste amchoor powder dalay,mix karay.

3.....PANEER CHOLIYA WITH GRAVY
1.....1 Cooker mai 1 big kadchi oil lay, 1 chopped onion dalay light brown karay.
2.....3 tomatoes,7_8 garlic cloves ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon salt, 1/3 spoon haldi,1 spoon each degi mirch powder, dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay mix karay.
3..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 200 gm chopped paneer lay.
4.....1 katoori hara choliya dalay cooker mai. 2 min bhunay.
5.....1 1/2 glass panni dalay mix karay ek whistle day, 5 min slow per rakhay.
6..... Steam nikal nay per kholay,200 gm. Paneer dalay, ek boil day. serve keray.

4.....DAHI BHALAY
1.... 1 Glass white dal bhigo day 3_4 hours .phir grind ker lay.
2..... Is batter mai 1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, ek chutki heeng powder dalay. Mix karay.
3..... Ab is batter ko double honay tuk food processer mai chopper mai blend karay.
4..... ASA karnay say batter double hoker light ho jaata hai, jis say bhalay bahut soft bantay hai.
5..... Kadhi mai oil gram karay,bhalay deep fry ker lay., light brown.
6..... In bhalo ko paani mai garm garm nikaal ker daal day. Jub tuk aur tul lay.
7..... Jub doosri baari k bhalay ready ho jaye tub paani walay nikaal lay haath say press karkey,saara paani nikaal day.or 2 nd walay bhalay paani mai dalay.
8..... Dahi 1 kg fati hui lay salt 1/2 spoon mix karay, bhalay dalay bhunay jeeray ,degi mirch powder say garnish karay.
NOTE..... Garnish karnay mai aap dry fruits, besan ki boondi ,annar k danay bhi daal saktay hai. Ya stuffing mai dry fruits bhi daal saktay hai.meethi sonth ( chutni) say bhi garnish ker saktay hai.

5.....CHOLIYA PULAV
1.....1 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,1 glass panni mai.
2.....1 cooker mai 1 kakchi oil lay,2 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.
3.....1 spoon flat salt, 1/4 spoon each red chilli powder, garm masala dalay.
4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup choliya dalay,ek min bhunay.
5.....rice dalay with water,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.
Note.....app chaye to tej patta,saboot masalay bhi dal saktay hai.

6.....POODINA CHUTNEY
1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.
2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.

7.....GAJAR KA HALWA
1.....1 kg gajar,ya 7 big gajar peeled,grated.
2..... Ek kadahi mai 1 Lt. Full cream milk dalay, carrot dalay.
3.....slow fire per doodh sookhnay tuk bhoonay.
4.....phir ek katori sugar dalay.
5.....poora dry honay tuk bhoonay, bowl mai dalay.chaye to 1/2 cup chopped, bheegay koi bhi dry fruits dalay.mix keray.
6...... 200 gm. Grated khoya dalay oper say .
7..... Jub jitna khanna ho utna nikal ker do min garm keray, serve keray with dry fruits or without dry fruits.

8.....TAWAY WALI ROTI
1.....1 Glass paani mai takreeban 2 full katori atta dalay, mix ker k dough bana lay.
2.....attay mai say ek ball banaye sookha atta lava ker roti baley.
3..... Garm Taway per roti dalay,halki siknay per roti paltay.
4..... Phir checq kertay rahay,neechay,choti choti drops aanay per,roti paltay taway per.
5..... Kisi kapray( cloth) say drops wali side ko halkay haat say press keray.
6..... Asaa kernay say Rori dheeray dheeray pori phool jayegi.
7..... According to taste dono side say light brown keray.
