KAANJI VADA

For KAANJI

1.....2 kaali gajar peeled,chopped, 1 Lt paani,1 tbsp.each salt,black salt,3 tabsp.pisi rai sub ko mix keray.

2..... Glass jaar mai dal ker 3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay,daily heelatay rahay.

3..... Jitni khatti pasand ho utnay din dhoop mai rakhay

4..... According to taste,salt,rai (red chill powder optional) kum ya jayda dal saktay hai.

5..... Serve it chilled.

Note.....5 Lt paani mai 100 gm. Rai dalay.250 gm. Kaali Gajar dalay.

For VADA

1.... 1 Glass white dal bhigo day 3_4 hours .phir grind ker lay.

2..... Is batter mai 1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, ek chutki  heeng powder dalay. Mix karay.

3..... Ab is batter ko double honay tuk food processer mai chopper mai blend karay.

4..... ASA karnay say batter double hoker light ho jaata hai, jis say vaday bahut soft bantay hai.

5..... Kadhi mai oil gram karay,chotay chotay vaday deep fry ker lay., light brown.

6..... In vado ko paani mai garm garm nikaal ker daal day. Jub tuk aur tul lay.

7..... Jub doosri baari k vaday ready ho jaye tub paani walay nikaal lay stainer may,saara paani nikaal day.or 2 nd baari walay vaday paani mai dalay.

8..... Paani nikal nay per vaday kaanji mai dal ker serve keray.
