1.....2 cup sooji mai 1/2 cup each matar,curd,1each peeled, grated carrot ,beetroot.
2.....1/2 spoon salt, water or milk mix keray batter bana lay, idli batter say thoda thin.1/2 hour rakhay.
3.....appay pan gas per high flame per garm keray, thoda thoda oil brush say greesing keray .
4.....gas slow keray, jub appay bananay ho turant,4 pinch meetha soda, 1/4 spoon eno dalay mix keray.
5.....1_1 spoon batter mold mai dalay,dhuk ker rakhay, jub neechay day brown ho jaye to spoon say turn keray.
6.....easily turn ho jaata hai agar greesing acchay say keray to. Agar easily turn naa ho to thoda time or cook keray.
7..... Doosri side say 1_2 min hi rakhay.
8..... Serve it with mint chutney, momos chutney , sauce or coconut chutney or sambhar etc.
Note.....app is may koi bhi veggies dal saktay hai like sweet corn,
Tomato,capsicum,onion etc.chaye to grated cheese ya paneer bhi dal saktay hai.
