१.....१ गिलास काले चने सुबह भिगों दें,रात को गीले मलमल के कपडे़ में या किसी साफ़ कपड़े में चने लपटे |
२..... कपड़े पर पानी के छींटे देते रहें,२ दिन में गरमियों में अकुंर निकल जाते है|
३..... कुकर में चने डाले १/२ कटोरी पानी डाले एक सीटी अाने पर भाप निकाल दें|
४..... अाप चाहे तो चने न पकायें,एेसे भी इसतेमाल कर सकते हैं ,जयदा फायदा करतें है |
५.....एक डोंगे में चने निकालें,१ कटा टमाटर,१कटा पयाज,२ कटी हरी मिरच डाले |
६.....१/४ चमच(spoon) नमक, १/२ चमच चाट मसाला ,१ निंबू का रस चनों में मिलायें|

१.....१/२ गिलास चावल पानी में धो कर एक गिलास पानी में भिगो दे एक धंटे के लिए
२.....मोटी तली के बरतन में चावल पानी सहित डाले,गैस पर रखे,एक उबाल आने पर गैस धीमी कर दें
३.....१/३ चमच नमक, १/३ चमच जीरा,२चमच घी डालें,हिलायें
४.....ढक कर रखें,बीच बीच में हिलाते रहें पानी सूखने पर गैस बंद कर दें
५.....१० मिनट बाद ढकन खोलें,चावल तैयार हैं ,परोसनें के लिए

Ab husband nai fermaish keri bread pakoray khanay ki or koi member interested nahi tha,to soucha ki kadahi kyo rakhni isliye taway per bana liye.hai to bahut easy method bus soucha aap say share karoo.
Method____
1.....4 spoon besan ,according to taste salt,red chilli,garm masala ,paani mix keray.
2.....batter ready keray, ek baday taway per ek karchi oil garm keray.
3.....2 bread k 4 slice cut keray.batter mai dip keray,taway per sarray slice dalay.
4..... Dono side say golden brown keray.
5..... Serve it with mint chutney or tomato ketchup or garma garm sambhar.

4..... Ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per,thanda honay per onion mixi mai pees lay.
5.....1 cooker mai ek big kerchi oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera,2_3 each hari ilayachi ( tod ker),tej patta dalay.
6.....1 moti ilaychi (tod ker),2 piece each javitri,dalcheeni,1/2 jayephal(nutmeg)grated ,4_5 each whole kaali mirch,long,dalay.
7.....onion paste dalay,light brown karay.
8..... 6 tomatoes ,10_15 garlic cloves ginger 1 piece ka paste dalay.
9.....3/4 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, 1/4 each haldi ,garm Masala, 1spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix karay.chaye to 2 spoon chopped hara dhaniya dalay.
10..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay. Chaaps dalay 1glass paani dalay mix karay ek whistle day.
11..... Serve it with roti or rice. Gravy mai according to taste panni dal saktay hai.
12.....chaye to haray dhaniye say garnishing keray.
Note.....agar aap ki gravy mai oily red colour nahi aaya hai to serving bowl mai nikay chaapay.
Phir ek pan mai 1/4 kerchi oil garm keray, 1/4 spoon Devi mirch dalay, spoon say mix keray, chaapo k oper dal day.
