DINNER THALI

1.....ARBI WITH GRAVY
2.....MALAI PANEER
3.....HARI MIRCH PICKLE
4..... SALAD
5.....CHAPATI

1___ ARBI WITH GRAVY

1.....1 cooker mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray.

2.....1/2 big chopped onion cooker mai dalay, light brown keray.

3.....2 tomatoes ,4 garlic cloves ka paste onion mai dalay.

4.....1/3 spoon each salt,dhaniya powder,degi mirch,1/4 spoon haldi, garm masala dalay.

5.....oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, 250gm.peeled,chopped arbi dalay.

6.....3/4 glass paani dalay mix keray,1 whistle day.steam nikal nay per cooker ki lid kholay.

7..... Serve it with garma garm chapati.

2_____ MALAI PANEER

1.....paneer 500gm cut karay,kadahi mai Ek kalchi oil lay,3big onion cut karay brown karay.

2.....6 big tomatoes, 8_10 Kali garlic, ginger ka paste banay,onion mai dalay.

3.....3/4 sp salt,1_1sp dhaniya powder, degi mirch1/4 tsp garam Masala,1 chopped capcicup dalay bhunay oil chod nay tuk.

4.....1 each cup milk,malai Daly,oil chod nay tuk bhunay.

5.....paneer dalay ek boil day, serve keray .

3_____ JHUTPUT HARI MIRCH KA AACHAR

1.....1/2 Kg moti hari mirch ko chopped ker lay, is say khaanay mai easy rahta hai.

2.....Ek glass jar mai chillies,1 spoon salt ,1/2 spoon haldi,2 big spoon pisi rai,2 big spoon sarso oil dalay

3.....Jar ka lid bund karay, jar shake karay,3_4 din dhoop mai rakhay, ready.

4.....aap chaye to isay same day bhi kha saktay hai.

4_____SALAD

1.....ek tomato k slice cut keray.1/2 onion k Julian cut keray.

2.....thali mai according to wish decorate keray.

5_____ GAS WALI CHAPPATI

1.....1 Glass paani mai takreeban 2 full katori atta dalay, mix ker k dough bana lay.

2.....attay mai say ek ball banaye sookha atta lava ker roti baley.

3..... Garm Taway per roti dalay,halki siknay per roti paltay.

4..... Phir checq kertay rahay,neechay,choti choti drops aanay per,taway say hata ker gas say dono side say light brown keray.

5..... Serve it with any  sabzi.chaye to desi ghee ya butter roti per laga ker serve keray.
