1..... 3/4 Glass urad chilka ki dal,1/4 chana dal wash karay, cooker mai, 2 Lt. Panni dal ker gas per rakhay.
2.....lid bund nahi karni,sirf upper rukhni hai,dal bhigoni bhi nahi hai.
3.....1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon haldi,1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay. Ek boil aanay per gas slow fire per rakhay.
4.....1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay, ya mix honay tuk.gas off karay.
5.....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay ,garm karay,15_20 garlic chopped, 4 green chilli chopped dalay.
6..... Light brown karay, 4 tomatoes ka paste dalay, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder,2 big spoon hara dhaniya chopped dalay, bhunay oil chod nay tuk.
7..... Dal mai dalay, ek boil day,dal ki thickness according to taste rakhay.
___________________________2..... (TORI WITH URAD WADI)
1.....1cooker mai 1/2 karchi oil garm keray.1 chopped onion golden brown keray.
2.....1/4 spoon each haldi, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, 1/3 spoon salt dalay, mix keray.
3.....3 or 250 gm. peeled,chopped tori dalay,1/2 glass paani dalay.
4..... Mix keray ek whistle day.steam nikal nay per serve keray.

1.....6 big aloo peel ker Kay kaat lay.Ek kadahi mai 1 badi kadchi sarso ka oil garm karay.
2.....smoking point per gas slow fire per keray,phir aloo dalay,1/2 spoon each salt, haldi dalay.
3..... Lid luga ker high flame per rakhay, beech mai hilatay rahay.
4..... Golden brown honay per gas slow fire per ker lay. Lid luga ker rakhay.
5..... Aloo soft honay per 1/2 red chilli powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay mix karay.
6.....2 min slow fire per rakhay, Phir serve keray.
___________________________4....(BOONDI RAITA)
1.....1 bowl dahi handy say 2 min. Shake keray.
2.....according to taste boondi ,black salt mix keray.
3..... Degi mirch , bhoonay jeeray powder say garnishing keray.
___________________________5.....( ROTI)
1.....1 Glass paani mai takreeban 2 full katori atta dalay, mix ker k dough bana lay.
2.....attay mai say ek ball banaye sookha atta laga ker roti baley.
3..... Garm Taway per roti dalay,halki siknay per roti paltay.
4..... Phir checq kertay rahay,neechay,choti choti drops aanay per,taway say hata ker gas per dono side say light brown keray.
