1.....1/4 glass each rice,arhar dal washed, 3/4 glass paani mai ek saath bhigo day 3_4 hour bhigo day.
2..... Ya jaldi ho to bina bhigoye bhi bana saktay hai.
3..... Cooker mai rice dal,2 🥄 spoon refined oil ya desi ghee 1/3 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon each jeera,red chill powder, haldi ,garm Masala,2 pinch heeng powder dalay,mix keray.
4.....1 whistle day ,steam nikal nay per kholay.
5..... Serve it with mint chutney or curd.
Note..... App is may koi bhi dal,veggies lay saktay hai Jo jaldi cook ho jati hai like lal masoor,kalay masoor,moong chilka,peas ,aloo,carrot,capsicum etc
