PANNI POORI/ GOL GAPPY
MADE BY MY SON NISHKARSH GROVER
1.....300 gm.sooji Mai 70 ml.oil,2 spoon maida,laghbhag 200 ml. Paani dal ker soft dough banaye.
2.....10 min.rest day,phir ek badi thin roti baley,phir kisi small lid say circle mai cut lagaye.
3.....isi tarah saari poori bana lay, medium hot oil mai medium flame per light brown keray.
4.....gol gappy ready hai,thanday honay per sonth,chopped boiled aloo,Boiled chaanay, jaljeera paani k saath serve keray.
FOR.....GUR KI MEETHI CHUTNEY( SONTH)
1.....250 ML paani pan mai lay,5,6 big spoon/400 gm.gur ,1/3 spoon each salt,black salt ,degi mirch, 1/2 sp bhuna jeera powder, 1/4 sp garm Masala dalay.
2.....2 spoon amchoor powder yaa imli paste dalay mix karay, gas per rakhay. Full flame per.
3..... Boil aanay per gas slow per rakhay. Thick honay tuk pukay.
4...... 1 spoon kharboojay k seeds bhi daal saktay hai. ( optional).
5..... Dahi bhalay k saath serve karay.
NOTE.....IS Chutni ko aap fridge mai ya fridger mai 1_2 month tuk rukh saktay hai.
Amchoor or gur according to taste rukh saktay hai.
Amchoor ki jagh imli ya imli paste( mother recipe ) bhi use ker saktay hai.
