FOR MOONG URAD DHULI DAL K BHALAY
1.... 1/2 Glass each white dal/ urad dhuli dal & moong dhuli dal bhigo day 3_4 hours .phir grind ker lay.
2..... Is batter mai 1/2 spoon each salt, saboot jeera, ek chutki heeng powder dalay. Mix karay.
3..... Kadahi mai oil gram karay,bhalay deep fry ker lay., light brown.
6..... In bhalo ko paani mai garm garm nikaal ker daal day. Jub tuk aur tul lay.
7..... Jub doosri baari k bhalay ready ho jaye tub paani walay nikaal lay haath say press karkey,saara paani nikaal day.or 2 nd walay bhalay paani mai dalay.
8..... Dahi 1 kg fati hui lay,plate mai pahlay bhalay,phir 4_5 spoon moong sprouts,phir dahi dalaye,black salt sprinkle keray.
9..... bhunay jeeray ,degi mirch powder ,poodina chutney,meethi chutney say garnish karay.
NOTE..... Garnish karnay mai aap dry fruits,besan ki boondi,annar k daanay bhi use ker saktay hai ya stuffing mai dry fruits bhi daal saktay hai.
