ONION APPE PAKORAY IN GRAVY
FOR APPE PYAZ PAKORAY
1.....2 Sliced onion, 2 spoon kasoori methi, 20_25 curry leaves.3 chopped green chillies.
2.....3 big spoon mota besan, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder dalay, dhaniya powder mix keray
3.....Saaray ingredients ek bowl mai lay,laghbhag ek glass paani dal ker thoda thick batter like idli batter bana lay.2 pinch meetha soda mix keray.
4.....appe pan mai brush say oiling keray, gas per high flame per garm karay,onion batter appe pan k molds mai daley.lid laga ker slow fire per rakhay,golden brown karay.
5..... appe turn keray,doosri side per bhi bursh se oil lagaye, golden brown honey per plate mai nikaley.
FOR GRAVY FOR 3 PERSON
1.....Kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi ( big spoon) oil garm keray.
2.....1 chopped onion, 2 green chilli dalay, onion brown keray.
3.....3 tomatoes ki puree dalay,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, haldi ,dhaniya ,garm masala dalay.
4..... Mix keray, oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, 1,1/2 glass paani dalay,ek boil aanay per 10 min gas slow keray.
5.....jitne pakoray pasand ho utne pakore gravy mai dalay, ek boil aanay per gas slow per 10 min rakhay.
6..... Serve it with garma garm roti.
Note......onion appe pakoray without gravy aap as a snacks bhi serve ker saktay hai.
