1.....100 gm.butter,50 gm.powdered sugar ko whisk keray,creamy white batter bannay tuk.
2.....150 gm. Maida butter mai dalaye,dough banaye 10_15 min.tuk goonthay.
3..... Cling flim mai dough ko tight roll keray 10 min. Fridge mai rakhay.
4.....AAP k pass metal tart mold hai to patli patli poori baley mold mai set keray ya paper mold mai set ker k muffins mold mai dalaye.
5.....180 degree per golden brown honay tuk bake keray
FOR GANACHE
200 Gm.chocolate mai 100 gm.cream mix keray double boiler mai melt keray.
FOR ASSEMBLING
Tart Mai choclate bharay, sprinkle say garnishing keray,fridger mai thanda ker k khaye ya asiay hee khaye.
