1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 kerchi musturd oil smoking point tuk garm keray.250 gm. Chopped perval dalaye.
2.....1/4 🥄 spoon each salt,haldi dalaye mix keray,dhuk ker slow 🔥 flame per perwal soft honay tuk cook keray.
3..... Beech beech mai perval heelatay rahay.
4..... Soft honay per 1/4 🥄 spoon each red chilli powder, amchoor powder dalaye mix keray,2 min bhoonay.
5.....khatta perval is ready to eat.
