MOMO'S/SEZWAAN CHUTNEY

1.....8 Red chillies dry,3 tomatoes half cut keray 2 cup paani mai boil keray.

2..... Tomatoes soft honay tuk boil keray,chaanay, tomatoes ki skin/chilka alag keray.

3.....mixi mai peesay,1/2 spoon salt dalaye,ek pan mai 2 spoon oil garm keray,3_4 chopped garlic light brown keray.1 spoon soya sauce mix keray.

4...... Tomatoes mai tadka dalaye,1/2 spoon lemon juice mix keray.

5..... Chutney is ready to eat.
