PUNJABI MATAR PANEER ALOO
For 3 person
1..... cooker mai 1 badi spoon ( kalchi) oil lay, 1 chopped onion dalay, light brown karay.
2.....3 tomatoes, 8_10 garlic cloves ka paste bana lay, cooker mai dalay.
3.....1/2 spoon salt, 1 spoon each degi mirch powder ,dhaniya powder, 1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1/2 spoon haldi dalay mix karay.
4..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, 1 katori matar,1 peeled chopped aloo dalay mix karay,1,1/2 glass paani dalay mix karay, ek whistle day.
5.....Gas off karay. steam nikalnay per,200 gm paneer kaat ker dalay.
6..... Gas per rakhay ,ek whistle aanay per gas off karay, lid bund karay, 5 min baad kholay is say gravy ka colour accha aata ha.
7..... Garnish with green coriander optional.
Note.....agar packet wala paneer hai to ek whistle day,yadi loose paneer hai to dubaara whistle naa day,sirf ek boil day paneer dalnay k baad.
