KADI ALOO METHI PRANTHA

LEFTOVER KADI ALOO METHI STUFFED PRANTHA

kadi bach gayi thi pahlay kadi ko attay mai goonth k pranthay banaye.phir bhi aglay din 2 prantho ka atta bach gaya.to soucha kuch change kiya jaye.

Aloo methi ki sabji bach gai thi usko kadi k attay mai Dal ker stuffed pranthay banaye,bahut hi tasty banay.

1.....1 cup bacchi hui aloo methi ki sabji le.

2..... Attay ki ball lay sookha atta laga ker roti balay according to taste salt,red chilli powder, stuffing bharay.

3..... Bund keray roti sookha atta laga ker phir balay.

4..... Garm Taway per prantha dalay, ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown karay.

5..... Serve it with curd or mint chutney or any pickle.

FOR ALOO APPE KADHI PAKORAY

1..... ek cooker mai 3/4 kg curd,2 Lt. Paani,1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala, 1 big spoon ( kalchi) besan lay.

2.....hand blender say blend karay, koi lumps nahi rahnay chaiyey

3..... Gas per high flame per rakhay, boil annaye per gas slow fire per rakhay,

4..... 1__1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay,ya kadhi ki consistency aanay tuk.pyaj ki bhajiya ( pakoray) 16_18 piece dalay.5_10 min.slow fire per rakhay.

ALOO APPE

1.....2 chopped aloo, 2 spoon kasoori methi, 20_25 curry leaves.3 chopped green chillies.

2.....3 big spoon besan, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder dalay, dhaniya powder mix keray

3.....Saaray ingredients ek bowl mai lay,laghbhag ek glass paani dal ker thoda thick batter like idli batter bana lay.2 pinch meetha soda mix keray.

4.....appe pan mai brush say oiling keray, gas per high flame per garm karay,aloo batter appe pan k molds mai daley.lid laga ker slow fire per rakhay,golden brown karay.

5..... appe turn keray,doosri side per bhi bursh se oil lagaye, golden brown honey per plate mai nikaley.

6..... Kadhi mai dalay according to taste jitnay pasand ho.

7....ek pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, garm honay per, 1 spoon  jeera,6_7 dry hole red chilli, 15_20 karri pattay dalay(optional)

8..... Kadi mai dalay.

FOR ALOO METHI

1.....1 Kadahi mai 1/2 Karachi oil garm keray, 2 chopped aloo dalay.

2.....1/4 spoon each salt, haldi dalay, aloo dhuk ker sim per soft honay tuk bhoonay.

3.....250 gm. Chopped fresh methi leaves aloo mai dalay,5_10 min slow per bhoonay.

4.....1/4 spoon red chilli powder dalay, 2 min bhoonay,ready.

Note.....app chaye to aloo methi ek saath dal ker bhi bana saktay hai, but mere husband ko isi method say acchi lagti hai.
