VAGGIES CUTLET

1.....3 big aloo boiled mashed, 1/3 spoon salt, 1 pooray garlic ka paste, 6 bread slice paani Mai bhigo ker nichod lay bowl mai mix karay.

2.....2 cup washed chopped palak,1/2 cup crushed peas/matar dalay,mix keray, Koi bhi shape day, deep fry karay golden brown.

3..... Serve it with sauce, tomato onion chutni or mint chutni.

NOTE.....App is cutlet ko maiday k ghol mai dip ker k sooji, ya khus khus ya til ya bread crumbs mai roll karay to ek nai dish ready ho jayagi.

Koi guest aye to ek k daam mai 6_7 variety k snacks ready.
