1.....250 Gm.multigrain attay mai,50 gm.desi ghee,1/2 spoon ajwain laghbhag 1/2 glass paani dal ker medium soft dough ready keray.
2.....1/2 an hour ka rest day.
3.....1 kadhi mai 50 gm. Khuskhus bhunay crackle honay tuk,phir ismay,50 gm.chironji,20 gm.alsi seeds, 100 gm. Each badam,100. gm magaj bhoonay.plate mai nikal lay,aur thanda ker k pees ley.
4.....gas off keray,phir is may 50 gm. each readmade coconut choora ( boorada), saara dry fruit is may mix keray.
5..... Thanda honay per is may 1/2 katori ya according to taste desi khaand mix keray.
6......dough ko thoda phir maslay,laghbhag 25 balls bana lay.
7.....poori belay,gujiya mold per rakhay,1 spoon dry fruits mixture bhary,mold tight bund keray.
8...... Extra dough side say hata day,side dough bhi use keray,isi tarah saari gujiya bana lay. 26 gujiya bani meri.
9..... air friyer ki basket mai gujiya dale,bursh say desi ghee ya olive oil gujiya per lagaye phir laghbhag 10-12 min.ya golden brown honay tak high power per chalye,isi tarah se saari gujiya bana ley.
10.....thanda honay per air tight container mai rakhay.
Note.....app is may,according to taste koi bhi dry fruit dal saktay hai like kaju.pista,akhrot, etc.
Aap dry fruits chopped ker k bhi dal sakte hai,meri mom ney papa ki vajah sey pees ker dale.
