HAANDI URAD CHILKA CHANA DAL

1.....1/3 Glass urad chilka ki dal,1mutthi chana dal,total 1/2 glass dal wash karay,1/2 hour k liye bhigo dey.
2.....mitti ki haandi mai dal ker gas per rakhay.
3.....tej gas per mitti ka dhakkan laga ker rakhe,ek boil aane per gas dheemi ker dey.
4.....thode thode time main dal chack kerte rahe,jab dal main safed jhaag aa jaye tab use kerchi se ek katori main bahar nikal ker fenk de.
5.....Aisa kerne se uric acid nahi badta hamare purvaj/bade boode bhi aisa hi kerte they.
6.....ab 1/2 spoon senda namak,1/4 spoon haldi,1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay,1/2 spoon chopped ginger garlic daalye,lid/dhakan band keray,slow fire 🔥 per 1,1/2 hour tak rakhey.
7.....ek pan mai ek 🥄 spoon desi ghee garm karay,5 green chilli,1onion chopped dalay light brown kerey.
8.....2 tomatoes ka paste dalay,1/2 spoon hara dhaniya chopped dalay, bhonay oil chod nay tak.
7..... Dal mai dalay, ek boil ane day,dal ki thickness according to taste rakhay.
