1.....1 Bael laghbhag 1/2 kg isay kisi belan say ya kisi hard mettle say break keray.
2.....chilka pulp say alag keray.pulp mai say seeds alag keray.
3..... 1,1/2 glass paani dalay mixi mai peesay.chanani say chaanay.
4.....laghbhag 1,1/2 cup sugar dalay ya according to taste, melt honay tuk mix keray.ya thoda time rukh day apnay aap melt ho jayagi.
5..... Glass bottle mai dal ker fridge mai rakhay,jub peena hi squash ki tarah thoda sa dalay glass mai.
6..... Chilled paani ,1/2 lemon juice, black salt dalay mix keray,serve keray.
Summers k liye bahut accha hota hai.
Fridge mai 10_15 din chal jaata hai.

3.....1/2 spoon jeera,10 curry leaves,4_5 dry red chillies,2 tej pattay.
4.....1 big sliced onion,2 chopped green chilies dalay light brown keray,2 chopped tomatoes.
5.....1 spoon ginger garlic paste,1,1/2 spoon salt,3/4 spoon each haldi,red chilli,garm masala dalay.
6..... Oil chod nay tuk bhoonay, bheegay rice dal dalay, mix keray,1 whistle day.
7..... Gas off keray,Steam nikal nay per serve keray.

3.....1 spoon any readymade meat masala,1/4 spoon each garm masala ,haldi.
4.....1 spoon dhaniya powder dalay,saaray ingredients mix keray.
5.....2 say 4 hour k liye rest day ya jitna jayda time rest day sakay utna tasty banyega.
6......greesed tray mai oven ya tandoor mai bake keray.
7.....serve it with mint chutney.

1.....4 boiled peeled chopped potatoes lay.
2.....1 kadahi mai 1 kerchi oil garm keray,2 big sliced onion dalay, transparent keray.
3.....1/2 spoon each salt ,red chilli ,garm marsala,1 spoon each dhaniya powder,imli paste,bhoona jeera powder dalay.
4.....Mix keray,1/ 2 cup paani dalay mix keray,dhuk ker paani sookhnay tuk rakhay.gas off keray.
5.....1 lemon ka juice dalay mix keray.
GRILLED SANDWICHES
1.....leftover aloo mash keray according to taste tomato ketchup mix keray.
2.....2 bread slices lay unkay beech aloo stuffing bharay.
3.....grilled toaster mai grill keray,serve it with mint chutney or ketchup.

6.....10_15 min tuk ya paani sookhnay tuk rakhay,beech mai sabji hilatay rahay.
7.....according to taste chaye to serve kernay say pahlay ek mini pan mai 2 spoon oil sami hot keray usmay 1/4 spoon degi mirch dalay turant gas off keray .
8..... Sabji pahlay say hi serving bowl mai dalay upper say degi mirch ka tadka dalay.
9.....serve it with garma garm roti or rice.

2.....kadahi mai half karchi oil garm karay aloo dalay,1/2spoon salt dalay,mix keray.
3.....dhuk ker rakhay crispy soft honay tuk,beech mai heelatay rahay.
4.....soft honay per 1/2 spoon dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon red chilli,garm masala dalay mix keray.
5.....2 min bhoonay,gas off keray readymade mother recipe imli paste ya lemon juice dal ker serve keray.

4.....garm taway per ghee spread keray, thoda saa ghee haatho per soread keray.
5.....thoda mixture lay,haatho say roti press keray,taway per haath say press keray roti ya kisi polithin per ghee laga ker us per roti bana kay phir taway per dalay.
6.....makki ki roti ki tarah banaye.oil laga ker dono sides say golden brown keray.
7..... serve it with aloo sabji or mint chutney.

5.....ek boil aanay per dhuk ker slow fire per 5_10 min rakhay.
6.....serve it with poori or rice.
