1.....1 Bael laghbhag 1/2 kg isay kisi belan say ya kisi hard mettle say break keray.
2.....chilka pulp say alag keray.pulp mai say seeds alag keray.
3..... 1,1/2 glass paani dalay mixi mai peesay.chanani say chaanay.
4.....laghbhag 1,1/2 cup sugar dalay ya according to taste, melt honay tuk mix keray.ya thoda time rukh day apnay aap melt ho jayagi.
5..... Glass bottle mai dal ker fridge mai rakhay,jub peena hi squash ki tarah thoda sa dalay glass mai.
6..... Chilled paani ,1/2 lemon juice, black salt dalay mix keray,serve keray.
Summers k liye bahut accha hota hai.
Fridge mai 10_15 din chal jaata hai.
