Vart ki mix roti

VART K
RICE,ALOO,SABOODANA KI ROTI

1.....2 boiled mashed aloo,1cup boiled ya leftover cooked plain rice ya pulav.

2.....1cup bhiga saboidana,2 spoon vart k rice(swank) ka atta,2-4 spoon bhuni peanut.

3.....1/3 spoon salt saaray ingridients mix keray.

4.....garm taway per ghee spread keray, thoda saa ghee haatho per soread keray.

5.....thoda mixture lay,haatho say roti press keray,taway per haath say press keray roti ya kisi polithin per ghee laga ker us per roti bana kay phir taway per dalay.

6.....makki ki roti ki tarah banaye.oil laga ker dono sides say golden brown keray.

7..... serve it with aloo sabji or mint chutney.
