VART K MINI FRIED POTATOES WITH GRAVY
1.....20_25 mini aloo boiled peeled,deep fry karay,golden brown keray.
2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 karchi oil garm keray 1 /2 spoon jeera crackle keray.
3.....2 tomatoes ka paste, 1 cup curd , 1/2 spoon each salt, dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon red chilli dalay.
4.....oil chod nay tuk bhunay.aloo dalay, 1 glass paani dalay.
5.....ek boil aanay per dhuk ker slow fire per 5_10 min rakhay.
6.....serve it with poori or rice.
