GOBHI MATAR
1.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 karchi oil garm keray.
2.....4 chopped garlic cloves, 2 chopped green chilies dalay.
3..... Golden brown keray, 1medium size chopped phool gobhi dalay.
4.....1 cup matar dalay,1/4 spoon each salt,haldi dalay mix keray dhuk ker slow fire per rakhay.
5..... Beech mai sabji ko heelatay rahay, cook honay per 1/4 spoon each red chilli, garm masala, 1/2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.
6..... Mix keray, 2 min bhoonay , serve it with garma garm roti.
