PALAK WITH CORN
1.....ek kadahi mai 1/2 kerchi oil garm keray.
2.....4 chopped garlic clove, 2 green chilies chopped oil mai dalay,light brown keray.
3.....2_3 tometoes ka paste,1/4 spoon each salt,red chilli,garm masala dalay.
4..... Mix it ,oil chod nay tuk bhoonay,1 medium bowl boiled palak puree dalay.
5.....for palak puree__palak 1/2 kg washed cooker mai dalay ek whistle day ,steam nikal nay per thanda keray mixi mai peesay.
6.....palak dhuk ker according to taste thickness rakhay.
7.....1/2 cup sweet corn dalay, dhuk ker 10 min slow fire per rakhay.
8..... Serve it with garma garm roti or rice.
