PUNJABI DHOTI DAL
Moong dhuli,Malka masoor ki dal
1.....1/2 glass each moong dhuli,Lal masoor/masar ki dal, dho ker 2 litre paani mai bhigo day ,phir cooker mai dalay.
2...... Phir 1/2 spoon haldi ,1sp salt dalay.ek whistle day.poori steam nikal day.
3.......1 pan lay 1/2 big spoon oil lay,1 onion chopped, 4 green chilli chopped dalay,7_8 garlic chopped dalay ,light brown karay.
4.....4 tomatoes ki puree dalay,1/2 red chilli powder dalay 2_3 big spoon chopped green coriander dalay, oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
5..... dal mai dalay, gas per rakhay 1 boil aanay per gas off karay, serve it with roti or rice.
