Ingredients
12 spoon besan
1 Karachi refined
2 chutki meetha soda
1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli,
1/4 each haldi,garm Masala
1/4 glass say thoda kum paani
Recipe
1.....In sab ko mila ker roti say thoda sa tight atta bana lay.
2.....oil laga ker iski thodi moti roti (picture mai dekh le kadi ka size) bele,iske square pieces kaat ley.
3.....phir medium flame per in pieces ko deep fry kere,golden brown honay per plate mai nikal ley.inhe aap thanda honay per air tight container mai 1_2 month tak bhi rakh sakte hai.
4.....kadahi mai 1 kadchi oil lay, 1 chopped onion ,2 green chilli light brown karay. 4 tomatoes, 6,7 garlic cloves ka paste dalay.
5.....1/2 spoon each salt,red chilli,haldi dhaniya, garm Masala powder dalay,oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
6.....12 besan Kay pieces, ismay dalay,2 glass paani dalye,ek boil aaney per gas slow keray.pieces soft honye tak ya pieces phoolney tak cook kerey.
8.........garma garm palwal wali kadhi garma garm roti k saath serve keray. hara dhaniya chopped daal ker garnish karay.(optional)
