TANDOORI SOYACHAAP WITH CURD GRAVY MASALA
(One more style of soyachaap gravy)
For MASALA/GRAVY
1.....1 cooker mai ,4 big cheelay huye onion dalay ,1/4 glass paani dalay.
2..... Ek whistle day, steam nikal nay per,thanda honay per onion mixi mai pees lay.
3.....1 cooker mai ek big kerchi oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera,2_3 each hari ilayachi ( tod ker),tej patta dalay.
4.....1 moti ilaychi (tod ker),2 piece each javitri,dalcheeni,1/2 jayephal(nutmeg)grated ,4_5 each whole kaali mirch,long,dalay.
5.....onion paste dalay,light brown karay.
6..... 3 tomatoes ,10_15 garlic cloves ginger 1 piece ka paste dalay.
7.....3/4 spoon each salt, degi mirch powder, 1/4 each haldi ,garm Masala, 1spoon dhaniya powder dalay mix karay.
8..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay. 1 1/2 cup feti hui curd dalay gas off ker kay,phir gas on keray , oil chod nay tuk high flame per dhuk ker bhunay taaki cheetay na paday, beech mai gravy heelatay rahay.1/2 cup cream ya malai dalay oil chod nay tuk bhoonay phir 1glass paani dalay ,tandoor ki hui chaapay dalay (recipe neechay di hui hai tandoori chaapo ki)mix karay ek whistle day,aisa kernay say oil oper aa jata hai.
(OVEN BAKED/TANDOORI SOYA CHAAPS
1.....1/2 kg washed soyabeen ki sticks nikal day, length wise chapay center say kaatay
2.....1 big bowl mai 125 gm. curd, 2 spoon ginger garlic paste,1/4spoon salt ,1/2 spoon degi mirch, 1 spoon chaat Masala, 1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1 spoon dhaniya powder dalay.
3.....1/2 big spoon oil dalay, Mix karay, 3_4 hour marinate karay.
4..... Preheated oven mai maximum power per brown honay tuk bake keray.)
9..... Serve kernay k liye serving dish mai pahlay chaaps dalay oper say garma garm gravy dalay.
10..... Cream ya malai say garnishing keray .Serve it with roti or rice. Gravy mai according to taste panni dal saktay hai.
Note.....agar aap ki gravy mai oily red colour nahi aaya hai to serving bowl mai nikay chaapay.
Phir ek pan mai 1/4 kerchi oil garm keray, 1/4 spoon Degi mirch dalay, spoon say mix keray, chaapo k oper dal day.
