PALAK WALI MAKKI KI ROTI
1.....125 gm.makki ka atta,1/6 spoon salt.2 cup washed, chopped palak.
2..... Sarray ingredients bowl mai lay, paani dal ker dough bana lay.
3..... Ek katori mai paani lay ,Taway per oil laga ker, dough ki roti bana lay, paani say haat geelay kertay huye roti press keray taaki haath say roti chipkay nahi ,asia kernay say assani say roti spread ho jaati hai.
4.....oil laga ker dono side say roti golden brown keray.
5..... Serve it with garma garm sarso ka saag or Maa Cholay ki dal .
