KAALAY MASOOR KI DAL



HEENG JEERAY K TADKAY WALI KALAY MASOOR KI DAL (KAALI MALKA)

1.....1/2 glass kalay masoor ki dal 6_7 hour k liye 1 lt.paani mai bhigo day.

2.....1 Cooker mai dalay with paani,1/2 spoon salt, 1/4 spoon haldi dalay ek whistle day, gas off karay.

3.....1 pan mai 1/2 big spoon oil lay, 1/2 spoon JEERA,2 chutki heeng dalay, 2 green chopped chilli dalay.

4..... 1/4 spoon red chilli powder dalay mix karay.

5..... Steam nikal nay per cooker kholay,tadka dalay.

6.....mix karay, ek boil day gas off karay.

7..... Garnish with hara dhaniya.

Note..... Dal ki thickness according to taste ker saktay hai.
