1.....1 katori Moong dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai ,paani nikal ker derderi pees lay.
2..... Pan mai 1 tbsp oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .
3.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.1/2 cup chopped hara dhaniya mix keray.
4..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,prantha belay.
5..... Tawa garm keray, prantha dalay,ghee laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.
7..... Serve it with curd or mint chutney.
Note.....agar kachoriya banatay time pitthi buch jaye to hum uska prantha bhi bana saktay hai.

1..... ek cooker mai 3/4 kg curd ,2 Lt. Paani,1 spoon salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala, 1 big spoon ( kalchi) besan lay.
2.....hand blender say blend karay, koi lumps nahi rahnay chaiyey
3..... Gas per high flame per rakhay, boil annaye per gas slow fire per rakhay,
4..... 1__1 1/2 hour k liye rakhay,ya kadhi ki consistency aanay tuk.gas off karay.pyaj ki bhajiya ( pakoray) 16_18 piece dalay.
FOR PAKORAY
1.....3 big spoon besan, 1/2 spoon each salt, red chilli powder,1 pinch meetha soda dalay.
3.....Saaray ingredients ek bowl mai lay,paani dal ker batter bana lay.
4..... Kadahi mai oil garm karay, pakoray deep fry keray, golden brown karay.
5..... Kadhi mai dalay according to taste jitnay pasand ho)
5.....10_15 min slow per rakhay.

1.....2 pack Oreo biscuit k 35 rs each walay,mixi mai powder bana lay.
2.....mixi mai he 1 spoon powdered sugar,1/4 spoon baking powder, ghee ya butter ya refined oil 1 big spoon dalay.
3.....warm milk 3/4 glass ya according to need dalay.
4.....1 min mixi chalaye,greesed microwave safe plastic bowl mai batter dalay.
5.....thupthapa ker batter set keray. 5 min microwave mai bina dhukay chalaye.
6..... Knife test kerey,knife clear hai to ready ,nahi to 1_2 min phir say chalaye.
7.....room temperature per thanda keray.
8.....200 gm. cream mai 3 spoon powderd sugar,half spoon coffee dal ker whisker say whisk jeray,cake ko cream say 🔪 knife ki help say cover keray.
9.....phir 200 gm. Cream mai 2 spoon chocolate syrup,2spoon powderd sugar dalay, whisker say beat keray.
10..... Icing bag mai bharay decorate keray,stainer(channi) mai coffee powder dal ker 🍰 cake k oper dust(chidkey)keray.
11.....your delicious chocolate coffee cake is ready to eat.

1.....500 gm.maiday mai 1/2 spoon salt, 1 big Karachi (big spoon) oil ya Desi ghee,1/4 spoon ajwaien mix keray.
2..... Paani say tight dough banaye.
3.....1 katori moong dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai dalay ,paani nikal ker ,phir derderi pees lay.
4..... Pan mai 1kerchi oil garm keray,dal dalay, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .
5.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.1 chutki meetha soda mix keray.
6..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,potli ki shape mai.
7..... Kadahi mai oil medium garm keray, potli samosay dalay,thoda time sim per ,thoda time high flame per dono side say golden brown keray.
8..... Serve it with garma garm,mint chutney.

3..... Kadhi mai oil garm keray,palak ki choti choti balls bana ker oil mai dalay,light brown keray,plate mai nikalay.
4..... Isi tarah sarray pakoray bana lay,jub serve kerna ho tub dubara fry keray, golden brown keray. (double fry kernay say pakoray crispy bantay hai.)
