MOONG DAL POTLI SAMOSA
1.....500 gm.maiday mai 1/2 spoon salt, 1 big Karachi (big spoon) oil ya Desi ghee,1/4 spoon ajwaien mix keray.
2..... Paani say tight dough banaye.
3.....1 katori moong dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai dalay ,paani nikal ker ,phir derderi pees lay.
4..... Pan mai 1kerchi oil garm keray,dal dalay, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .
5.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.1 chutki meetha soda mix keray.
6..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,potli ki shape mai.
7..... Kadahi mai oil medium garm keray, potli samosay dalay,thoda time sim per ,thoda time high flame per dono side say golden brown keray.
8..... Serve it with garma garm,mint chutney.
Note.....Atta tight banaye,medium hot oil mai potliya dalay,stuffing itni bharay jitni ki bahar na nikale.
