SHAKKER WALI TEA/CHAI

HOW TO MAKE SHAKKER WALI TEA

1.....3/4 big cup paani(200 ml),1/2 spoon tea leaves pan mai dalay.

2.....pan gas per rakgay ek boil aanay per 1/4 cup(75 ml) milk dalay.

3.....Ek boil aanay per slow per brown colour aanay tuk rakhay.

4..... Cup mai 1,1/2 🥄 spoon shakker( gur/ jaggery powder) dalay,tea chaan ker cup mai dalay, 🥄 spoon say mix keray.

5..... Serve it with any biscuit.
