YUMMY ALOO MOONG DAL KACHORI
KHASTA KACHORI
1.....550 gm.maiday mai 1/2 spoon salt, 1 big Karachi (big spoon) oil ya Desi ghee,1/4 spoon ajwaien mix keray.
2..... Warm water say tight dough banaye, (oil maiday mai itna dalay jissay mutthi bun jaye,baad mai paani dalay).
3.....1 katori moong dhuli dal 2 hour bheegi hui mixi mai ,paani nikal ker derderi pees lay.
4..... Pan mai 1 tbsp oil garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay .
5.....1/2 spoon each amchoor powder,dardari peesi moti saunf
dalay 2_3 min paani sookhnay tuk bhoonay. Tunda keray.
6..... Ek moti poori belay, 1 spoon dal ki stuffing bharay,fold keray,belay kachori.
7..... Kadahi mai oil medium garm keray, kachoriya dalay,thoda time sim per ,thoda time high flame per dono side say golden brown keray.
8..... Serve it with garma garm aloo ki sabzi,chopped onion,mint chutney.
Note.....Atta tight banaye,stuffing mai ek pinch meetha soda dalay,medium hot oil mai kachori dalay,stuffing itni bharay jitni ki beltay huye bahar na nikale,yadi nikalti hai beltay huye to starting mai haath say press ker k banaye belaye nahi
ALOO KI SABJI
1.....4 big boiled mashed aloo lay.
2.....1 kadahi mai 1/2 kalchi oil dalay, 1/2 spoon each jeera ,kasoori methi ,2 green chilli chopped dalay.
3.....1 punch heeng powder, 4 tomatoes ka paste, 1/2 spoon each salt, haldi,red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, amchoor powder dalay.
4.....1/4 spoon garm Masala, 1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya dalay.oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
5..... Mashed aloo ,2 glass paani dalay, mix karay ek boil day, slow fire per 10_15 min rakhay.
