DAL BUKHARA

1.....1 glass washed urad dal saboot raat ko bhigo day,subah paani mai Jo dal hai usay haath say rub keray,taaki kala paani nikal Jaye.

2..... Dhyaan rakhay chilka naa nik ley.phir paani gira day,dry dal ek kadahi mai dalay,paani dalay 4 guna/ glass

3..... High flame per dal boil keray,white jhag aanay per kerchi say  nikal ker fektay jaye.dhuk ker rakhay,jub tuk ki wo fut naa Jaye ya haath say daba ker dekhay halki soft honay tuk ,phir slow 🔥 flame per dhuk ker rakhay.

4.....ek pan lay 1/2 kerchi oil garm karay,10_15 garlic cloves,1 piece ginger ka paste bana lay.oil mai 2 min bhoonay,gas say pan hata lay,ek 🥄 spoon degi mirch dalay,mix keray.

5..... phir 400 gm.readymade 🍅 tomato puree dalay,ek min.bhoonay.

6..... Dal mai dalay,100 gm. Butter bhi daly dal mai.phir doobara pan mai 1/4 kerchi oil garm karay,4_5 chopped garlic cloves dalay,light pink keray.

7..... Dal mai dalay,mix keray,dal slow 🔥 flame per 2_3 hour dhuk ker mix honay tuk rakhay,beech beech mai dal heelatay rahay.

8..... Jub serve kerna ho ek pan mai utni dal dalay, according to taste malai dalay,mix honay tuk boil keray.

9..... Serve it with garma gram roti or rice.
