BACHELOR'S GOBHI MATAR PULAV
1.....1 Glass rice wash keray,bhigo day,1,1/4 glass panni mai.
2.....1 cooker mai 1 karchi oil lay,2 sliced onion dalay,light brown karay.
3.....1 spoon flat salt, 1/2 spoon degi mirch powder, 1/4 spoon garm masala dalay.
4.....ek min bhunay,ek cup frozen peas,1 phool gobhi washed, chopped dalay,ek min bhunay.
5.....rice dalay with water,mix it,ek whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.
6..... my favourite gobhi matar pulav is ready .
7..... serve it with mint chutney or raita.
Note.....app chaye to tej patta,saboot masalay bhi dal saktay hai.
