PALAK CHILLA RICE FLOUR
1.....laghbhug 9 spoon rice flour/chawal ka atta,1/3 spoon each salt, red chilli powder.
2.....2 cup chopped palak,2 chopped green chilli, saaray ingredients bowl mai lay.
3..... Paani laghbhug 1 glass dalay,batter bana lay.
4..... Taway ko oil say greese keray,batter spread keray, chilla banaye.
5..... Dono side oil lagaye,golden brown keray.
6..... Serve it with mint chutney.

MINT CHUTNEY
1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.
2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a bowl.
3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd,mix it in chutni with the help of folk.
4 serve it in a any beautiful glass .
