PALAK MUSHROOM
1.....1 Kg palak saaf keray,wash karay,cooker main Bina kate Daley,cooker main dhakan laga ker cooker ka dhakkan band kerey,cooker main ek whistle aane per gas band kerey.cooker ki steam nikal dey,thoda paani ho to palak ko chaan ley.
2.....Ab palak ko do,teen baar thande paani se dho ker bilkul thanda ker ley,Aisa kerne se palak ka hata rang bana rahta hai ab palak ko mixi mai pees lay.
3..... Ek kadahi mai 1 kadchi oil garm keray,20_25 chopped garlic,7 chopped green chilli light brown karay.
4.....4 big tomatoes ka paste dalay kadahi mai,3/4 spoon sendha namak,1 spoon dhaniya powder,1/4 spoon garm Masala dalay.
5.....oil chod nay tak bhoonay, according to taste palak ki thickness rakhay.
6.....ek packet washed chopped mushroom palak mai dale,palak mai ek boil aane per dhak ker sim gas per 10 minute k liye rakhe,beech beech mein palak hilate rahe.
7.....ab gas band kerey, bowl main palak mushroom nikale.
8..... Serve it with garma garm roti or jeera rice.agar guest aaye ho to aap oper say cream sey garnish bhi ker sakte hai.
9..... agar aap ko jyada Hari palak pasand hai to mushroom pehle dal ker 10 minute cook ker ley,phir baad mein palak dale,ek boil aane per gas band ker dey.
