CHOCO CHIP COOKIES






CHOCO CHIP COOKIES

1.....Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1/2 cup castor sugar until the butter colour changes from yellow to white.

2..... Sieve 1 1/4 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup cocoa powder together.

3..... Combine all dry ingredients with creamed butter . Add 3 tbsp milk. Knead the dough,add 1/2 cup choco chip & mix.

4..... Take a small portion of dough and press it between your hands to give it a circular shape. Place the shaped pieces in a baking tray,lined with butter paper.

5. Bake these in a preheated oven at 150°C  for about 10 min.

Note: Do not try to remove the baked cookies from the baking tray  immediately.

1.....1 kg. Chicken Mai 1,1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste,1/2 cup Momo's chutney,3/4 spoon salt mix keray.

2.....1 spoon barbeque sauce,1 pinch haldi  mix keray,2 hour marrinate keray.

3..... Hot oil Mai golden brown keray,serve it with mint chutney.


GUR KI MEETHI CHUTNEY/ SONTH

GUR KI MEETHI CHUTNEY

( SONTH)

1.....250 ML paani pan mai lay,5,6 big spoon/400 gm.gur ,1/3 spoon each salt,black salt ,degi mirch, 1/2 sp bhuna jeera powder, 1/4 sp garm Masala dalay.

2.....2 spoon amchoor powder yaa imli paste dalay mix karay, gas per rakhay. Full flame per.

3..... Boil aanay per gas slow per rakhay. Thick honay tuk pukay.

4...... 1 spoon kharboojay k seeds bhi daal saktay hai. ( optional).

5..... Dahi bhalay k saath serve karay.

NOTE.....IS Chutni ko aap fridge mai ya fridger mai 1_2 month tuk rukh saktay hai.

Amchoor or gur according to taste rukh saktay hai.

Amchoor ki jagh imli ya imli paste( mother recipe ) bhi use ker saktay hai.

My innovation

1.....pahlay chocolate oreo biscuits ka chocolate cake bana lay.

2.....1 glass lay cake ko cruble keray(choora bana lay),glass Mai 1/4 bharay.

3.....phir 2 spoon whipped cream dalay,phir 2 spoon gajar ka halwa dalay.

4.....phir 1 spoon crubled( cake ka choora) cake dalay,whipped cream icing bag Mai bharay.

5.....phir icing keray,sprinkle & grated chocolate say garnishing keray.

CHOCOLATE OREO BISCUITS KA CAKE

1.....2 pack chocolate Oreo biscuit k  35 rs each walay,mixi mai powder bana lay.

2.....mixi mai he 1 spoon powdered sugar,1/4 spoon baking powder, ghee ya butter ya refined oil 1 big spoon dalay.

3.....warm milk 3/4 glass ya according to need dalay.

4.....1 min mixi chalaye,greesed microwave safe plastic bowl mai batter dalay.

5.....thupthapa ker batter set keray. 5 min microwave mai bina dhukay chalaye.

6..... Knife test kerey,knife clear hai to ready ,nahi to 1_2 min phir say chalaye.

7.....10_15 min room temperature per thanda keray.

(my style)

1.....1 kg gajar,ya 7 big gajar peeled,grated.

2..... Ek kadahi mai 1 Lt. Full cream milk dalay, carrot dalay.

3.....slow fire per doodh sookhnay tuk bhoonay.

4.....phir ek katori sugar dalay, 1/2 tin milkmaid (optional) dalay.

5.....poora dry honay tuk bhoonay, bowl mai dalay.chaye to 1/2 cup chopped, bheegay koi bhi dry fruits dalay.mix keray.

6...... 200 gm. Grated khoya dalay oper say .

DRY URAD DAL (HEENG JEERA FLAVOR)

DRY URAD DHULI DAL JEERA HEENG KA TADKA

(One more method)

1.....3/4 Glass urad dhuli dal wash karay, 1 hour bhigo day. 3/4 glass paani mai.

2.....cooker mai dalay with water, 1/3 spoon each salt, haldi ,red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay.1 full spoon ginger garlic paste dalay.

3.....1 whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

4.....1 pan mai 1/4 Karachi oil lay garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,2 pinch heeng powder dalay ,light brown karay.

5..... Dal mai mix keray.

6..... Garnish it with hara dhaniya or chopped onion.

7..... Serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.

3.....1 kadahi Mai 1 spoon oil garm keray, mushrooms, paneer dalay,dhuk ker 5_10 min rakhay.

4..... Garma garm as a snacks ya roti k saath serve keray.sezwan sauce say garnishing keray.

1.....4 Big washed potatoes peeled french fries shape Mai cut keray. Dubara say wash keray.

2.....1/3 spoon salt,1 pinch red food colour,2 full spoon maida daal ker toss keray.

3..... Garm oil mai crispy golden brown honey tuk deep fry keray.

4.....kadahi khali keray sirf ek spoon oil rehnay day,Garm keray,2 spoon sezwaan sauce dalay.

5.....1 spoon tomato ketchup,1/4 spoon red chillie flakes,1/2 spoon each green chilli sauce,soya sauce , barbecue sauce (optional) dalay.

6.....1 min bhoonay ,aloo dalay,1 spoon honey dalay toss, keray,1 spoon til dalay ek min bhoonay.

7.....serve it hot.

SOUTH INDIAN BREAD ROLL

(LEFTOVER DOSA STUFFING BREAD ROLL)

1.....leftover dosa stuffing lay,ya Bana lay recipe last mai di hai.

2..... 1 bread slice lay paani mai dip karay, halkay haath say press karay, saara paani nikal day.

3..... According to taste stuffing bharay fold karay roll ki ya koi bhi shape day. Isi tarah saaray roll bana lay.

4.....deep fry karay golden brown honay tuk.

5..... Serve it with sauce or mint chutney.

DOSA STUFFING

1.....750 gm aloo boiled mashed lay.

2..... pan mai ek big sp oil lay ,1 sp sarso dana crackle karay,6_7 dry red chilli, 15,20 kari patta,4sp bheegi channa dal dalay light brown karay.

3.....1/2,1/2sp salt ,haldi,1/4 sp red chilli dalay,1 min bhunay phir aloo dalay.

4.....1/2 cup paani dalay 5 min bhunay.stuffing is ready.

NOTE_________Is stuffing ko dosa,idli prantha, bread slice kisi mai bhi daal ker ek nai dish bun sakti hai.like bread roll, sandwich etc.

(Hara bhara rice chilla)

1.....5 big spoon rice flour ,1/4 spoon each salt,red chilli, 1 chopped spring/ hara onion, 2 chopped green chilli.

2.....1 cup each chopped methi leaves,bathuya,1/4 cup chopped hara dhaniya,10_12 curry leaves.

3.....saaray ingredients mai takreeban 3/4 glass panni mila ker batter ready keray.

4.....taway per oil lagay,batter dal ker chilla banay,dono side say golden brown keray.

5..... Serve it hot with mint chutney.
