DRY URAD DAL (HEENG JEERA FLAVOR)

DRY URAD DHULI DAL JEERA HEENG KA TADKA

(One more method)

1.....3/4 Glass urad dhuli dal wash karay, 1 hour bhigo day. 3/4 glass paani mai.

2.....cooker mai dalay with water, 1/3 spoon each salt, haldi ,red chilli powder, garm Masala dalay.1 full spoon ginger garlic paste dalay.

3.....1 whistle day,steam nikal nay per kholay.

4.....1 pan mai 1/4 Karachi oil lay garm keray, 1/2 spoon jeera ,2 pinch heeng powder dalay ,light brown karay.

5..... Dal mai mix keray.

6..... Garnish it with hara dhaniya or chopped onion.

7..... Serve it with garma garm roti or prantha.
