KURRKURAY COCKTAIL MUSHROOMS
1.....3 Pack washed,small mushrooms bowl Mai lay.
2.....6_7 full spoon maida,1 full spoon rice flour,1/2 spoon each salt,red chilli powder,3 full spoon ginger garlic paste dalay.
3.....1/3 spoon garm masala,2 spoon dhaniya powder dalay,toss keray without water.
4..... Garm oil mai deep fry keray,crispy light brown honay tuk.
5..... Serve it with mint chutney.
Note..... Paani naa dalnay say,ismay oil jayda absorb nahi hota.
