BAIGAN KA BHARTA
1.....3 medium size k baigan gas per roast ker lay ,paani mai bhigo ker skin uttar lay .
2.....mash ker lay.check ker lay kharab na ho.pan mai 1 kalchi oil lay, 2 big onion sliced daal ker golden brown karay.
3..... 3green chilli chopped dalay, 3 big tomatoes paste dalay, 1/2 tsp each salt,red chill dalay oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
4.....phir mashed baigan dalay ,oil chod nay tuk bhunay.
NOTE.....App chaye to is may 1/2 cup frozen matar bhi daal saktay hai. Jub onion dalay halkay light brown karay, tub matar daal ker bhoonay baaki method same.

PUNJABI RAJMA
1.....1 Glass rajma 6_7 hour k liye ,3 Lt.paani mai bhigo day. Cooker mai dalay 1 whistle aanay per 15 min slow fire per rakhay.
2..... Pan mai 1 kalchi oil lay, 1 big onion cut karay, golden brown karay.
3..... 4 tomatoes ,10_14 garlic cloves, ginger ek piece mixi mai dalay, paste bana lay.
4..... Pan mai dalay, 1 spoon each dhaniya powder, salt, 1/2 spoon each red chilli powder, haldi, garm Masala dalay mix karay.
5..... Oil chod nay tuk bhunay, ye tadka rajma mai mix karay, lid bund karay, ek whistle day.
6..... Steam nikal nay per,garnish with green coriender .

BOONDI RAITA
1.....1 bowl dahi handy say 2 min. Shake keray.
2.....according to taste boondi ,black salt mix keray.
3..... Degi mirch , bhoonay jeeray powder say garnishing keray.

EASY JEERA RICE
1.....1glass bheegay rice ,1glass paani mai,3/4tsp salt,1/2tsp jeera,1tbsp oil .
2.....saaray ingredients cooker mai dalay,cooker ka lid bund karay.
3..... 1whistle aanay per cooker bund karay ,steam niklnay per serve karay.

GAS WALI ROTI
1.....1 Glass paani mai takreeban 2 full katori atta dalay, mix ker k dough bana lay.
2.....attay mai say ek ball banaye sookha atta lava ker roti baley.
3..... Garm Taway per roti dalay,halki siknay per roti paltay.
4..... Phir checq kertay rahay,neechay,choti choti drops aanay per,taway say hata ker gas say dono side say light brown keray.
5..... Serve it with any dal or sabzi.chaye to desi ghee ya butter roti per laga ker serve keray.

MINT CHUTNEY
1..... Take 1 cup each coriander,poodina, 2 green chilli, 1/2 spoon salt, juice of 2 lemon,in a mixi jaar.
2..... Add 1/2 cup water in it & grind it.pour it in a bowl.
3.....now take 1/2 cup whisked curd or according to taste ,1 spoon chaat Masala mix it in chutni with the help of folk.
4 serve it in a any beautiful glass
