HEALTHY PRANTHA

DAL BATHUYA PRANTHA

1.....ek katori koi bhi bachi hui dal,1_1 katori ,washed,cut Kiya huya bathya,atta,1/4 spoon each salt,red chilli mix keray.

2..... Bina Paani k sirf dal say dough banaye sub ingredients Ko mix kerkay.dal ki thickness k according atta milay.

3.....sookha atta Laga ker dough Mai say ek ball / peda banaye.

4..... ROTI belay,taway per ghee Laga ker dono side say golden brown keray.

5.....serve it with any pickle or chutney.

According to taste masalay mix ker saktay hai.
