1.....1 1/2 Glass chanay ki dal 5_6 hour k liye bhigo day.
2..... Mixi mai peesay,1/2 spoon salt mix keray.
3..... Garm oil mai batter k gol gol pakoray(ladoo) bana lay.
4..... Pahlay half fry nikal lay yaani light brown keray.
5.....jub serve kernay ho tub doobara deep fry keray,is say crispy bantay hai.
6..... Serve it with grated mooli gajar ,mint chutney, sonth.
